For over 20 years I've called Bill to fix a variety of appliances--washer, dryer, etc.--plus he does maintenance and repair on my furnace and A/C. I have always found Bill to be prompt, reliable, professional, honest, and of course he does a great job on the repairs. Today Bill fixed my A/C unit by recharging the coolant and it's up and running again. I'm sorry that Erik L. gave him a one-star review; it appears Bill gave Erik the bad news that his washing machine needed replacing and didn't offer to bail out his basement...I think Erik was asking for a miracle and didn't get it so he's bitter. I would recommend Bill to anyone who needs appliance and HVAC maintenance and repair.

Great service, fixed an igniter on my furnace for a reasonable rate, was honest about the ease of the fix, while at the same time advising me about the remaining life of my furnace. He doesn't install furnaces, so I don't have worries about an upsell.
