The genesis of the Aria Group story begins with a focal point of hospitality. We have built our reputation on 30 plus years of designing restaurants, hotels, and entertainment complexes. We serve an audience eager to be transported and treated to an experience that is nothing less than extraordinary. Today, in addition to our work in hospitality, we serve clients across industries such as mixed-use developments, retail storefronts, and office spaces. However, no matter the project, the trademark sense of hospitality that defined our firm from the start is still the centerpiece of our approach. IT WAS O.K. WHEN I WANTED TO PICK UP VEHICLE, THE SERVICE LADY SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME IN A HALF HOUR. ONE HOUR WENT BYE, AND NO CALL. CALLED HER, SHE SAID TECH IS STILL BUTTONING UP THE CAR, IT WOULD BE READY IN HALF HOUR. HOUR WENT BYE, NO CALL. WENT TO PICK UP, SERVICE LADY SAYS MY PAPERWORK IS ALREADY AT CASHIER, AND HAS BEEN THERE A WHILE. WHERE WAS THE CALL ITS READY. NONE. IF THEY ARE THAT BUSY, MAYBE THEY SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE THAT HOLD TO THIER WORD. NEXT THERE IS A 23.95 SHOP MATERIALS CHARGE, I ASKED HER ABOUT IT, SAYS EVERYBODY WHO HAS THIER CAR WORK ON GETS IT.
