I called after tripping the breaker to my fridge and going to the basement to find a mislabeled mess of a panel from the 1940s. Panic!A M & L’s receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She put an electrician on the line who walked me through resetting the breaker free of charge. A M & L saved me the expenses of a house call and a fridge full of food. Figured I could at least post a good review in return. Thanks!

I needed a ceiling fan installed after a failed attempt to do so on my own. Contacted AM&L in the morning and they were able to come the same day for install. They were quick, professional and I was very impressed with their knowledge too. I'll be using them for future electrical needs

AM&L was referred by my Oak Park based Plumber. I spoke with the owner, Steve. AM&L installed an exhaust bathroom fan/heater/light combo unit. My house is 121 year old Oak Park Victorian. Dave, the electrician and his assistant worked diligently through a few challenges over a two day period to run the wires - all inside from the basement floor circuit box to the second floor. AML was very reliable, consistently followed Covid protocol and did an outstanding job. The best electrician I have hired in my 28 years in Oak Park. Highly recommended!
