“My wife was having pain issues. When we arrived we were taken care of immediately. The staff were very supportive and helpful and friendly. They were able to recommend the solution and it was spot on. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They are a credit to their profession.“

“I was visiting a family member in rural Louisiana, when I missed a step and took a spill. I immediately knew I wrecked my ankle, but decided to wait until we came home to get it checked out, hopeful that it was just a bad sprain. I was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning, when I returned three days later, at Wellnow and complete all my registration from my sofa. The level of care I received from Dr. Schnell, the front desk, my nurse (Karia) and the x-ray tech (unfortunately, I don’t recall her name) was top notch! Turns out I fractured my fibula, but I was in and out in about an hour, soft-casted and with enough information to initiate follow-up care. Every one was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and made an otherwise not-so-great situation, a very pleasant experience (especially on my wallet vs. an E.R. bill!). Highly recommend them for your immediate care needs! Thanks to all and keep up the good work!“

“The NP could not do enough for me. I had been dealing with a bad cold that refused to go away. When I finally went to urgent care, the stated wait time was 3 hours. However, I was seen in less than half of that. The NP still spent time with me, not rushing, and did a thorough exam. She then had me stay for a breathing treatment and came back in afterwards to see if my lungs sounded better. She sent my prescriptions over to my pharmacy immediately. The standard of care was excellent.“

“the PA who came to see us is the only reason this place isn’t 1 star. def knows what she’s doing and noticed what was wrong almost instantly. she really wanted to get to know you and your background medical stuff. liked her a lot. she was so kind and thorough and very nice to speak with. the building is in desperate need of a fix up. holes in the walls and the floors need some good cleaning. the layout of the place is a little odd and when you walk in the vibe is definitely off but you can’t quite place it. it’s a beautiful building and has so much potential if they would just give it a few renovations. just from sitting in the room i’ve noticed the ceiling is starting to cave, the walls don’t seem very clean and there’s a hole in the top of the wall. the tv is fairly loud in the waiting room to the point where i can hear it while i’m in the patient room. i’ve gone to other doc in the boxes where it seems a lot nicer. the staff was okay but the PA was the best.<br>also im sorry but there’s two doors in the patient room. one is blocked by the exam table or whatever it’s called. weird. i would 100% come back if the place was kept up more.“

“Great thorough care was given to my husband after he became very ill. The check in was simple and we were giving a room and seen by staff immediately. The Doctor, nurse and technician were very thorough and they were able to pinpoint his illness and prescribed medication to fight his symptoms. We’re pleased we didn’t let the bad reviews sway us from choosing this facility in a time of need. We highly recommend coming here if you have a medical emergency.“
