Suburban Animal Hospital provides wonderful care for pets. The doctors and personnel are organized, timely, and thorough in their treatment. The hospital's interior is newly remodeled and pleasant. The doctors, including Dr. Senese, are very invested in the health and wellness of their patients. They go above and beyond to make visits stress-free, especially for anxious pets. The hospital's new ownership has brought a caring and compassionate approach, with doctors who take the time to explain test results and offer comfort when needed. They are willing to work with pet owners to find affordable treatment options and use their best judgement to ensure the best care for pets. The staff are responsive and answer questions promptly. They have been known to provide loving care to pets, even during difficult times, and their prices are considered fair. It is advisable to avoid Saturday scheduling due to busyness.
I trust Dr. Senese implicitly with anything having to do with my dogs. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always has my dog’s best interests in mind. She is so very kind and compassionate, and has the patience of a saint! The entire staff at the clinic are wonderful too. I recommend Dr. Senese to literally everyone and a bunch of my friends and family have switched to her. They all say the same thing- they’re so happy they started going to her! I cannot say enough good about Suburban Animal Hospital- I am incredibly grateful for them!
I can’t say enough good things about them! They helped my dog so much and were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they are willing to work with you, which I really appreciated. They made me feel at ease and confident that my dog was in great hands. Highly recommend!
We have had really good experiences with Dr. Senese, even when one of our dogs was not feeling well and behaved less than friendly. The staff always answer our questions and are responsive when we call with questions or concerns. I think their prices are pretty fair and we would definitely recommend. My one piece of advice would be to try and avoid Saturday scheduling as they are definitely busy and it’s a short day for them :)
