They are wonderful, from start to finish. One employee who really stands out is Ameer. He has done all of my Covid tests and he seriously is amazing---friendly, efficient, helpful, and really cares. He even called me after hours to give me the results of my test. Southwest Urgent Care is truly lucky to have Ameer!

I wish I could give Southwest Urgent Care more than 5 stars! This is not my normal physicians office, I went in for a Rapid & PCR Covid test. The gal I talked to on the phone to make the appointment was so kind and had an amazing attitude. They were able to get me and my mom an appointment the day I called. We only had to wait about 30 minutes to get the tests done and we would receive our rapid results that day and the PCR results in 2-3 days. Nada was the one who did the swabbing. She was so sweet and made the experience go very smoothly. She was honestly a breath of fresh air amongst all the chaos. I spoke to Margaret when she called to give me my results and she was another kind soul. It's a tough time to stay in good spirits, but their positive attitudes made the experience go a little smoother. We also spoke to Matt on the phone and he is another rockstar! Nothing but goods things to say about this place.
