Doctor Ruof really helped get me on the road to walking better...in just a couple of weeks, I was down to one cane and no pain meds. I also like his no-pressure, friendly attitude, and his little jokes. The receptionist Heather is just as sweet as they come. All in all...a good experience.

I had been referred to Rouf’s office by my sister, and now I am in much more often than she is. I come in for regular visits and adjustments. Heather is so wonderful and super thoughtful. I really do appreciate the efficient operating level that this offices runs at, and I do recommend many of my friends to give them an opportunity. Come here if you’d like to be seen as a person instead of just a patient. The level of professionalism and courteousness that is shared in the office is to be admired.They are able to maintain a friendly connection with many of their patients and I respect that greatly.

I started coming to Dr. Ruof’s office for chiropractic care earlier this month. I’m a nurse so I’m mostly on my feet at work, and I was starting to notice a bit of lower back pain. I was looking to improve this and prevent future back problems. Dr. Ruof did a thorough assessment and X-rays before any treatment, which I appreciated. While I did notice some immediate differences after my first few appointments, I’m beginning to understand that regular adjustments are not a quick fix but part of a wellness routine.
