She was so helpful clearing up some problems I’ve had with my membership, which was at another location. I’ve been misinformed in the past but she corrected it all and was very informative. I thought she was the manager but she informed me she wasn’t, she certainly could be. She was very kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and through.
