Went to pickup comforter on a Friday at 5pm. Presented ticket and woman brought out the wrong comforter. She could not find ours. Told someone would call first thing Saturday morning. No call came by 10am so went back to store. Walked in and saw comforter on side counter thrown in a pile. Man stated they found it last night and cleaned it during the night. I have reason to believe it was never cleaned. Returned on Monday to confront owner and he denied the comforter was neve cleaned and refused to give me my money back. DO NOT patronize this business. They are disorganized, rude and unreliable.Service: General bedding cleaning

I took two winter coats to this establishment. When I got home one of the coats was not mine. When I went back the woman was not friendly. I've been back several times and get told "still looking". Never have I got an offer to even get reimbursed for the cost of cleaning the coat. So here it is December and my coat was taken there in July and I still don't have my winter coat. That was my first and last time I will ever take anything there.

Being new to Oak Lawn I thought I'd give them a shot, as it right down the street from me. Big Mistake. At their register, there is a sign that says "PRE-PAY only!" Not a problem. I "pre-payed" $25 to have 2 coats cleaned. When I came back the following week, they said I had not paid and I owed them $25. What a scam. My wool coat still had fuzz all over it! Terrible people, terrible service.
