We have several family members buried here. On a recent trip back to Chicago, we stopped to visit their graves. There were a few that we could not locate by memory, so we visited the office and they were kind enough to locate our loved ones so we could pay our respects, and have a written record of their grave sites to save with our family tree. The staff was friendly, professional, and prompt in helping us out. Additionally, we were able to personally thank them for resetting my wife’s father’s headstone, which had settled since his burial in 2019.
Ashley is the best person , she made us feel so good and comfortable super professional, our grief felt less with her , she helped us so much through everything, I never knew people like that could help so much thank you so much Ashley .
We recently lost our Mom and everyone that we spoke to at Chapel Hills Garden South was amazing. We had insurance issues and they worked with us throughout the whole process. They were available at any time we needed them and answered all of our questions . They made getting through this terrible time so much easier. They were kind, caring, professional and patient. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
