Been getting my hair cut here since I was in high school and I'm almost 60 years old now. There's always something going on in this place with the host of characters that make it their routine to stop in and shoot the s*** for awhile. If you get there early enough you may find some fresh pastry if Dan hasn't packed it up to bring home at the end of his shift. Ed knows how to cut hair and I have never had any complaints even though I always ask him to "cut it again". I have many barber shops closer to the house but continue to drive 45 minutes from home cause I just can't go anywhere else.

Been going here for years and years and years. I've outlasted Joe, Al, Danny and now I'm working on Ed. Over the years one thing has never changed and that is the eclectic bunch of characters and topics, sometimes not for the prudish, but one thing for sure always entertaining that come and go in this shoppe. With all that being said I must admit I have never gotten a bad haircut. Used to do the cheap route when we first moved into the neighborhood over 30 years ago at the Veteran's barbershop in Worth, but always came out looking like I was entering basic training. Also, if you like to talk music - you name the genre, old new than this is the place.
