They cheated my elderly mother out of nurse aid services. She was supposed to receive 1 visit a week for 3 weeks. The aide came 1 time and never showed up again. I called to find out what was going on was told last Thursday that Jody would call back. Never received a call back. Called again today and was told the same thing. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Physical therapist is also in the home once a week and said he is closing the case but the nurse aid still didn’t call or show up for the last 2 visits. ADVOCATE IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE!!!

Just unprofessional. My mother is 86 and she needs her Nurses visits and Therapy. They don't show up Nurses, and Therapists. I have never experience anything like this before. I am surprise that they are affiliated with Advocate Health.

Total incompetence. The so called office staff has no clue what they are doing. Everything is the run around. The nurse tells me they don't even bring blood sugar monitors. The agency can't even get the doctors order and nobody knows what's going on. And if you question anything they give you attitude and hang up on you. Don't bother dealing with this home health agency. Not worth the aggravation. The rude obnoxious manager hung up on me. I called back and made a complaint. The woman on the phone asked the person's name and I said I didn't know. So she said how could she identify who I was speaking to? I said all I know is she was black cuz I could tell by her voice....read full review
