My wife went to ER with chest pain. The staff were disrespectful and rude. My daughter was told she had to wait outside in the snow or sit in her car. My wife was told the same and that the hospital policy was to not allow family members to stay with the patient. This is a violation of accreditation and regulatory standards. My wife asked to see the policy and she was told no. I asked to speak with admin on call and told there was no admin on call which is another violation and lie.
Ridiculous experience in the ER. Was taken from work by ambulance. Arrived at 9am. Very few people. Its 5:30pm, the room is packed, someone has messed their pants & it's all over the back of his pants. He's just walking around. Very few people & no staff are wearing masks. I'm finally about to see a doctor. Oh, not yet!! The room is dirty! IV placed by paramedics is hurting but no one was available to check it! These wait times are worse than County Hospital. Many people do not appear sick, so I'm assuming they are here for a regular visit, not an emergency. A new procedure is needed to separate emergencies from regular care. A 9 hour wait, on a weekday, is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know what happened, this used to be a good hospital. Never again!
0 stars!!!!!!!!!!I came into the ER around 2:30 pm with swollen legs n pain in left arm- I have gotten X-rays, blood drawn and an ultrasound.They are checking for blood cots- it's now 8:53 pm and I haven't heard anything regarding my test results or seen a doctor. I have been waiting for 6.5 hours and nothing.There are other people who have been here since 12 and have not seen a doctor. This is unacceptable!!!! If I do have a bout I would die in this Er waiting to be seen!!!!
