not sure what all the bad reviews are abou. these guys were more than helpful I got the parts I needed and was on my way. if your butthurt cause you think the customer service was poor and it hurted your feelings then your too sensitive and will never make it in the real world. dealing with the public can be very stressful most people think they are important and want too be treated like the queen of England. so if these guys seem a little grumpy because people ask them dumb questions all day and give them their attitude then clean out your purse and change your panties welcome too the real world sweetheart.

The control panel in my oven stopped working and as a result, the oven wouldn't stay on for long, even after I replaced the igniter. I called a few appliance parts stores and Sunberg was the most affordable; they also had the part in stock. I purchased the oven control panel in November 2021 and am pleased to report that the oven is working just fine. It was also easy to install.

I should take a star away for the higher cost but I realize that I'm paying for convenience. They have always had the part I needed in stock. So, no waiting for next day or several days to get the part I need NOW!
