The guys at Sundberg america in Oak Forest do a great job at the counter, always make sure that they can get me the right parts.. if the part has to be order. , and I need it they place the order and call me right away when my parts arrive

It's so sad to see that some crybaby customers write dumb reviews.

* The guys at the counter always tell you, that there is NO RETURN, ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.

*The guys at the counter al their knowledge it's on parts , they sell parts and they are NOT service technicians or offer assistance or advise on how to do the job , or troubleshooting .

He tried to tell me the part I asked for ($24) was no long available because of a defect but they had the upgraded replacement for $129. I said no thanks and got the part on Amazon for $12.97. Sundberg used to be so helpful and reliable. Now I feel he tried to scam me.

not sure what all the bad reviews are abou. these guys were more than helpful I got the parts I needed and was on my way. if your butthurt cause you think the customer service was poor and it hurted your feelings then your too sensitive and will never make it in the real world. dealing with the public can be very stressful most people think they are important and want too be treated like the queen of England. so if these guys seem a little grumpy because people ask them dumb questions all day and give them their attitude then clean out your purse and change your panties welcome too the real world sweetheart.
