Brian responded to our call for an estimate the same day, we were able to schedule when the work would be performed a few days later over the phone, and Brian & his team arrived on time as promised. Brian, his son and Ron were extremely professional. They answered all questions I had and assured me if there were problems he was just a call away. The floors in my new home were absolutely destroyed and I was told there was no guarantee they would come out looking brand new, but boy was it a surprise when I walked in to see a completely renewed and gorgeous floor. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again guys!
