My experience wtrh A-1 Suburban Plumbing was great. It was a home warrenty call from AWR. The tech was friendly and offered options. I can't remember his name but he said he was from Cedar Lake. I would use them again.

I have a Nipsco (NWI) home warranty plan for plumbing - i needed a pipe replaced on a sink. Nipsco sent out Charlie from A1. He fixed the pipe, explained that I needed an additional part (easy purchase from Home Depot or Menards) and then answered my questions about another plumbing related problem I was having. He explained that my home warranty would not cover the service that I needed, so I asked him to write up a quote to have it done. Part one. They were doing work across the alley and they messed up my yard and did not fix it and they did not need to be on my side of my property. I have a video where I'm going to post it in another post because I can't edit this one. There will be a part two.
