This company is a very family orientated! Dennis came out within a day to fix an unknown leak/pipe burst under my trailer. Unsure of what pipes had burst during freezing weather he was efficient, professional and explained thoroughly what was being done, why and what to prevent future problems from happening! He was very helpful outside of posted business hours! Very grateful to have had my issues resolved in a timely manner!! Would recommend!
My experience wtrh A-1 Suburban Plumbing was great. It was a home warrenty call from AWR. The tech was friendly and offered options. I can't remember his name but he said he was from Cedar Lake. I would use them again.
I have a Nipsco (NWI) home warranty plan for plumbing - i needed a pipe replaced on a sink. Nipsco sent out Charlie from A1. He fixed the pipe, explained that I needed an additional part (easy purchase from Home Depot or Menards) and then answered my questions about another plumbing related problem I was having. He explained that my home warranty would not cover the service that I needed, so I asked him to write up a quote to have it done. This is not the problem of the plumbing company - this is the warranty service provider's shortcoming.Charlie came out and rodded the specific line that has created a problem - he was unable to get the line clear draining w/out backing...read full review
