Having worked in various big health Agencies in Dallas Texas and Chicago IL, Reliance Home Health has been a wonderful place to work. Starting from the schedulers, the supervisors, the DON, and above all, the Director/ Administrator , all are so unique and loving people to work with. My long-term Supervisor Rita W and the Director Darlene have been so wonderful, caring and exceptional .Reliance like every other organization has many challenges. I’ve been working for this company for about 2 weeks now and so far it’s been great! Diamond is very helpful when it comes to scheduling, and the clients are very nice. They work with your schedule, and ask you your preferences! Hiring process was very fast as well. Would highly recommend!!
