It was an ok experience, not the best, not the worst. You pay for the name that's for sure. It also has a cold feeling when you walk in and ask about services. I thank you for your response, I spent $1,200 exactly, please leave callback information with a real person I can speak with and I would be happy to discuss my experience. The generic Email you left for me to respond doesn't demonstrate the best customer service or concerns over why I rates you 3 stars, who can I speak with please?
This place was easy to go through, I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and a haircut with a blow out. The total was about $140 and that’s including tax. I would recommend calling before going and know which address since there’s several locations. I booked last minute and there was a ton of openings Sunday afternoon.
Hair type: I have a 2C hair where it’s lose curls at the bottom but wavy as you up.
I have been going to Mario Tricoci for years now because of their long-standing dedication to customer service and excellence. I highly recommend a relaxing, rejuvenating facial with Sasha (she is the best) as well as any wax services. All of their technicians are wonderful, however I have to say that Sasha is one of the most genuine, kindest people you will ever meet. If you book an appointment (given her many years of expertise and attention to detail) you will not be disappointed.
