This is directed to LPN'S, RN'S, Respiratory Tech's...If your a new Grad, or considering a change I would highly recommend that you give Independence Plus a phone call. They are growing and are short staffed, THEY WILL interview you! I have some nice things to add here but before I do, I wanted to address a review on here that makes no sense. Someone wrote on here that the Corporate Office is messy & smelly? This is the farthest thing from the truth. I want to do a shout out to Ms.Amada Collazo! She has always been very and extra helpful in providing us supplies for my mom at home. This time it was really crazily desperate for us for my mom is running out of food (NOT because they did not provide us supplies on time… long story) and she was really very helpful and I thought I could do more for her to show how grateful we are for all her efforts! Your company should take care of you very well because you deserve it! If anyone needs help, I’m sure she got you! Thank you again Ms.Amada!

I am honored to work for Independence Plus. IPI is a company that provides a positive environment for its employees and patients that it serves. I learned early on that IPI does the right thing for its patients, not just what makes sense financially. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be for families dealing with a loved one, with a chronic illness. There are many challenges in making sure they receive the much needed care, to remain safely at home. I know that should any of our patients have issues, IPI will go out of our way to resolve it.
