I don’t normally love doing reviews, but in this case, I look forward to it. In my five homes and 50 years of home ownership, I have never had a better experience with home improvements than I’ve had with Anytime Roofing. First, I received the most comprehensive estimate I’ve ever seen, detailing the cost of all materials and their prices. Tony and his crew were amazing. Tony was on-site throughout the entire project, and his crew's communication, dedication, and concern for my comfort were constant. “Great work! Quantum redid our siding and our house looks so much better now. It was previously gray, but didn’t get the chance to take a before pic. Our siding was totally messed up and gave us an incredible deal for the whole house. Our insurance was only going to approve partial. Eugenio was also amazing! Super kind to work with. Renata was also super helpful and was always there to give us updates and answered any questions we had. 4 stars though because it felt like it took forever to get work started, but we did file a claim through insurance so maybe that was expectant but otherwise everything was great ?“

“Allpro Construction remodeled a bathroom for my handicapped sister. Sonny, the owner, was so helpful in helping me to select the right flooring, handicap toilet, and wash bowl. There was no need for a replacement shower. The workman did a wonderful job in painting, and repairing the damaged walls. Sonny, was always available to address my concerns, and make suggestions. The workmen were very considerate of my sister’s limited abilities, and accommodated her requests, when working in her home. “We had a great experience with Davis roofing! Roofing companies came to our house in droves after a bad hailstorm in Orland Park last spring. Davis roofing did not come to our door. We called them based on a recommendation from a family friend.

We met one of the owners, Jon, three times. He came out during the initial inspection with our insurance adjuster. He helped us navigate the insurance process. We realized that we didn't need to pay for a private adjuster to do this. The quote was upfront and based on the job/work performed, not on how much the insurance gave us.

On the day of installation I met the other owner, Jeff, who was overseeing the project. The workers surrounded the house with drop cloths. They kept the area clean and re-installed my satellite dish. They used Owen's Corning duration shingles which look great.

There was great communication throughout the whole process. Davis Roofing is an honest, family owned business that performs high quality work.“

“Sam came by, as he was in the area, to see if we wanted him to check our roof for damage. He checked it and said there was hail damage and offered to put a claim in with our insurance. I asked him if they do siding and windows and was told they do everything. He put in a request for an estimate on windows and siding and a couple days later Matt came by to measure for windows and siding on the second floor. The insurance handled the roof. They started tearing off the roof on Tuesday September 16 and also finished it the same day. They started on the Windows on the top floor the same day and finished the windows on the back of the house. On Wednesday the 17th, they replaced the windows on the front of the house. There was so much damage to the wall outside under our bedroom window, a new wall had to be built before the new window could be put in. By Saturday the 20th the siding was put on. This company was great to work with! They covered everthing, moved plant containers as needed, cleaned up every day they were here, and answered questions when we had them. We have more work to be done and will definitely have them again!“
