“Eric, the Bed Bug Slayer!!! Clear and timely response to initial call. Easy to set up ASAP appointment (aren't all bed bug exterminator appts ASAP?) and flexible re: home owners' schedule. Initial service visit was within 1.5 days of call and lasted a couple hours. Eric was very knowledgable and open to questions. The pesticide used does not have a chemical/pesticidy smell, but rather a quiet lavender'ish scent. Actually quite pleasant. The 2 week follow-up revealed no signs of the little invaders and was just as painless as the initial visit. All in all, I highly recommend Eco Pest Solutions in the Chicagoland area. “We live in a beautiful old house built in 1910, and some cracks had opened up which lead to a tricky mouse problem in our home. We had two other companies out here who did basically nothing except leaving some ineffectual traps but Sergio from Anti-Pest came in and saved the day. He was prompt, friendly, professional, humane, and most importantly, strategic in his handling of the problem. He immediately found all the hot spots, and within a week and a half there were no signs of mice anywhere. We are very grateful and highly recommend his services.“

“We were having problems with ants in the house. Mark was very responsive to our call. He and his son came out in late May and sprayed the inside and outside of the house. They took more care inside, as we have 2 cats, by spraying along the baseboards and then wiping them down after the product had time to seep into the house. No issues with our cats. We've seen only a few ants since then but Mark said that was to be expected as they ants take the poison back to the colony to spread. Mark will be back in September to reapply before winter. He was able to get me in fast and in two sessions, all bed begs are gone from all 3 apartments! The treatments are proven effective and safe for animals as well. Easy clean up too. So well that I often forget to wear big spray when walking the dog or be outside at other places and I’m the one that always gets bit up. They email the day before and text when they are on their way to let me know to get the dog inside. And when I have felt like the treatment worked as well due to rain and had company coming for an outside event, they’ve come back to spray again. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated.
