“We were having problems with ants in the house. Mark was very responsive to our call. He and his son came out in late May and sprayed the inside and outside of the house. They took more care inside, as we have 2 cats, by spraying along the baseboards and then wiping them down after the product had time to seep into the house. No issues with our cats. We've seen only a few ants since then but Mark said that was to be expected as they ants take the poison back to the colony to spread. Mark will be back in September to reapply before winter. I'll do an update then. I recommend Mark and his company.“

Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. I really like how Linda talked to me and I want to express my appreciation for you, Linda, by writing this review here. I inspected my sheets, mattress and bedframe thoroughly for evidence of bedbugs and didn't see any bugs or spots. I concluded I don't have bedbugs, which I'm relieved about.
