The flooring consultant was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to go over the products and explain the differences so we could easily decide what would best fit our needs. The installers called me the morning of the installation to let me know they would be at my home in 45 minutes. They were on time, very courteous and professional. They moved the furniture into the next room, removed the closet doors, then removed the old flooring and took it out to their truck. They installed the new flooring, put the closet doors back on and put the furniture back in place. We are very pleased with the entire purchase and process. I had the pleasure of having Flooring Consultant Marcus Davis come to my home to provide an estimate for vinyl flooring and carpeting in the second floor of our home. Mr. Davis arrived on time provided an excellent assessment and measurement of our home. Based on that assessment he showed me a large variety of carpeting and flooring products to meet my needs at a very reasonable price point.
