Making appointment was very easy and convenient Service consultant was very courteous and very helpful with my questions Carpet installation was the best I have ever had very impressed
The flooring consultant was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to go over the products and explain the differences so we could easily decide what would best fit our needs. The installers called me the morning of the installation to let me know they would be at my home in 45 minutes. They were on time, very courteous and professional. They moved the furniture into the next room, removed the closet doors, then removed the old flooring and took it out to their truck. They installed the new flooring, put the closet doors back on and put the furniture back in place. We are very pleased with the entire purchase and process. Like the man says, "Call Empire, Today".
I had the pleasure of having Flooring Consultant Marcus Davis come to my home to provide an estimate for vinyl flooring and carpeting in the second floor of our home. Mr. Davis arrived on time provided an excellent assessment and measurement of our home. Based on that assessment he showed me a large variety of carpeting and flooring products to meet my needs at a very reasonable price point. This presentation was done in a very professional and non aggressive manner .This was the third estimate I had for this project and the knowledge and expertise displayed by Mr. Davis was at a much higher level than the other companies.
