“After interviewing several contractors, I hired Dave Fagin to remodel my master bathroom. I had not worked with Dave on any other home construction, so it was unlike me to hire someone for such a big project without having worked with them. But Dave came highly recommended by my hardscaper, who’d worked with Dave. So I talked to Dave about what I wanted for my bathroom—a Corian shower base and grout-free, full-format Corian walls— and hired him.
The bathroom space he remodeled included a toilet and shower—a small, efficient space. Dave sealed himself into the tiny space and neatly demolished the existing bathroom. No dust escaped into the other half of my bathroom or bedroom.
Underneath the tile on one of the shower walls was old adhesive, probably from the 1970s. Dave spent a couple of days sanding it clean so the new Corian walls would adhere properly. He could have covered up the adhesive, but didn’t want me to lose any shower space.
In addition to being extremely neat, detailed-oriented, and conscientious about doing high-quality work, Dave has a cheerful demeanor and always arrived happy to be working. I provided him with a key to my house, as well, so he could let himself in and lock up when he left if I couldn’t be at home.
I love my new bathroom and plan to hire Dave for additional work. I HIGHLY recommend Dave for your building needs.“
