My daughter and her husband live in Highland Park, and recently purchased living room blinds from Stoneside. They provided a very prompt and efficient job in installing the blinds quickly, and they look beautiful. Sam from Stoneside Shades and Blinds has been a great help, going above and beyond with helping us repair one of the motors that went out on one of automatic shades (completely my fault, when I went to temporarily remove the shades for another project…). Sam was very communicative of when parts came in and scheduling a time to come back, replaced the motor pretty quickly, and just a good guy to chat to. Happy to deal with a good company, both people and product wise.

Stoneside Blinds Chicago—technician Sam visited twice—was prompt. Identified the issue correctly the first time and came back w the needed replacement part and fixed it. He was nice and friendly.
