$9,000 Oversight by this company had to wait over a year to get our money from IRS and still waiting for State to refund us. They keep send bills that we have already paid for. Trying to charge for work that we need gave them authorization to do. Stay clear of these people they try to overcharge the client.

Horrible experience 2 years in a row. They don’t party attention to details, missed key details that had the IRS sending me letters. Then tried to blame it on me.They OVERCHARGE their clients and implemented a HUGE price increase and didn't tell anyone. They were supposed to give me the same pricing, as a friend referral, and we'll overcharged me instead and won't make it right.I left another agency that as well over $100 cheaper for this?? STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
