I joined Orangetheory Fitness a couple weeks ago and I already am feeling so much better about myself in terms of energy levels, physique, and overall mood.I am now excited to get up and get my workout in, and I am excited to see the results and progress I make with this membership.

It goes by quickly. It is a full body workout and the coaches are motivating, helpful and nice. Also if you miss a class you have to pay which is sometimes the only thing that makes me go in the early morning.

Absolutely LOVE myTrainer!!! The best part about belonging to this place is the fact that you NEVER have to set up an appointment and can just pop in whenever it suits your own schedule. And, once you are there, you can rest assured that you will be in great hands with whichever trainer is there that day as they are all quite qualified and very pleasant. The energy that Maria (the owner) brings to her job is infectious. Don't hesitate to join...you won't be disappointed
