My husband and I had a great experience with the mitigation team from PuroClean. Due to a clothes washer malfunction that occurred on Father's Day, we were horrified to find about 2 inches of water in our basement. Anthony from PuroClean came that day with such short notice! He was very kind and professional and quickly set up industrial quality dehumidifiers and fans. The very next day, Mitch P and his team came to remove all of the damaged materials and do a full inspection of the area. We were pretty shaken by the effects, but Mitch P really helped ease our devastation by talking us through the process and sharing his many experiences. Him and his team did a very thorough job and came back almost every day that week to make sure the basement was drying properly. At the end of the week, we met with Wendy who assessed the damage and shared her reports with our insurance company. Wendy was also very sweet and calming and always available for my questions. The people at this company really helped relieve us during this very stressful time and we would highly recommend them.
