I gave them only 4 stars because the doctors might be wonderful, I don't know. I called to help my friend back home schedule an appointment. She was referred "MM" within this group. Originally the receptionist was patient and replied, "We have no doctor by that name". I then realized that "MM" was a Nurse Practitioner, not a physician. I tried calling back 3 different times and my call went to voicemail each time. I then used a different phone and what do you know, she answered! I told this same receptionist, "I apologize for calling again but the person I was looking for is actually a nurse practitioner, not a physician. Do you have an a Nurse Practitioner by the name of MM?"This receptionist [unknown name but her voice sounded of Indian descent] replied, "We don't have nurse practitioners here! I already told you, there is no one here by that name!" and hung up on me!!!! Was that really necessary? So, concerning my 2nd, 3rd and 4th call, she must've seen my number coming through and chose not to answer. When she saw a number from "a different caller", then realized it was me and was extremely rude. WHY? I guess office personnel these days have "the right" to determine which incoming calls they answer and which ones are left for voicemail. To me, it is very sad that people are able to and chose to abuse others as a result of technology.
