I had a great experience at OVME Northbrook. Gabby at the front desk was so sweet and personable. Claudia was incredibly thorough and communicated everything she was doing and why. She ensured I was comfortable through the whole treatment process. Michael is the best injector and I’ve been seeing him for years now!

Last week was my first time at OVME. I was Initially nervous, as I’d yet to find a trustworthy aesthetic medical clinic since moving to Chicago earlier this year. The staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Michael… a PA! Took time to get to know me and my skin goals before suggesting recommendations. His recommendations were honest, thoroughly explained and not an attempt to sell. And he’s magic with a needle.

Just did my monthly facial and had the best experience with Gabby and Claudia. They are so welcoming after I had a horrendous day. Claudia is a true professional who works her butt off. I have definitely noticed a HUGE change in my skin. I can also ask her random skincare questions (which is a perk). I previously had Botox done by Michael and he did a great job. I HATE the stiff and heavy feeling that Botox can often leave you with and I love high brow arches. Not sure what he did, but it looks amazing.
