This is a long overdue review but we love North Shore Family Pet. We have seen several doctors there and all of them have been so kind, patient, and informative about the care of our senior cat. I have often remarked that I wish I got the same time and attention from my own doctors. The office staff is also very helpful and responsive. We love NSFP!
My Pomeranian wasn’t anxious during the entire visit. Behaving as his usual self. I know him thoroughly best, every detail. He was comfortable. Love being on the same page as the vet, saved my breath. Proficient. Inviting waiting area, clean, professional and friendly staff. Straightforward process, always best.

I can’t say enough good things about North Shore Family Pet. Over the years, I’ve seen most of the doctors here, and every single one has been wonderful. Most recently, my pet has been cared for by Dr. Bannow and Dr. Gardner, who have both been incredibly warm, compassionate, and attentive. I never feel rushed, and they take the time to explain multiple options—clearly outlining the pros and cons—while also being considerate about differences in pricing.
The front desk staff and technicians are consistently kind, efficient, and welcoming. The level of care and professionalism here is truly exceptional. I honestly wish my own doctors' offices were as wonderful!
