The technician, Garrett, was great. He diagnosed the problem with our ovens right away, ordered the part, and four days later, installed it in about 30 minutes. It was expensive, but we’re happy to have functioning ovens again!
My dryer stopped working and I originally called a bigger company who said they couldn’t come out for another two weeks. I found Mr. Appliance as a Samsung verified service and was able to schedule something same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and order the part within 24 hours. Andres was professional and friendly with lots of knowledge. I would highly recommend them.
