Lloyd and the entire team at Mitzvah Memorial Funerals went above and beyond in helping us through one of the most difficult moments of our lives. When my grandfather passed away unexpectedly, Lloyd stepped in with such warmth, compassion, and professionalism that it felt like he was caring for his own family.
From the first phone call, he was responsive, calm, and deeply attentive to every detail. He didn’t just handle logistics, he carried the emotional weight with us, making sure that everything from the burial arrangements to the service itself honored my grandfather’s legacy in the most dignified and meaningful way.
My experience with the owner Lloyd who accommodated are needs immediately and Jacob was nothing short of exceptional service. We utilized one of their beautiful classic and very classy hearse. I can go on about the hearse but honestly it was Jacob who made everything even a greater experience. This was not the normal funeral He was use to however he was very composed at all time he accommodated the mother and family to make sure her last ride was everything she wanted it to be he gave her music, he was so patient in every aspect.
