“I've used All Temp for many years. They put a complete HVAC system including ductwork in my first house. I also used them in my third home for a new furnace and AC. Now this was many years back but I got multiple quotes and both times All Temp was always the cheapest.

I always used them for service work and they never ripped me off and I was always confident that they were honest.
Back then, I was single and pretty young. They never talked down to me or tried to pull a fast one.

Fast forward a few years, my husband and I used a more local company that was well reviewed. They were good, but they were so overloaded that getting an appointment is over a month out, which I didn't like. So on New Year's Eve our furnace goes out. Not too many places are open. We make it until New Year's Day and then had to call someone. I say... "I'm trying All Temp, I always used them" . So they have someone on and he comes out and while he could have gouged us since it was a holiday, we were cold, and we don't know tons about what could be wrong. The service tech said it was just dirty. He cleaned it up and it was back in business. The holiday upcharge was under $100 extra I think.

So the gist is that I'm going back to All Temp. They've always treated me right from the south suburban office to the NW suburban office.“

“Great experience with these guys fixing some improperly installed ducting (installed by different company many years ago - supply vent was hooked up to return, had to be switched). They had to cut a hole in my ceiling which had me nervous, but they did so very cleanly and screwed the drywall patch back in for me (still had to mud and paint myself) - but It was very well done. Price was not cheap but not exorbitant. Great quality work. Had an initial visit from a tech, he said complex duct work was above his pay grade so had a follow up consult/quote from the owner, then the owners son led the fix a few weeks later. Owner and his son were excellent/extremely informative.

Don’t be turned off by the folks who answer the phones… they’re a little rough around the edges.“
