Absolutely wonderful experience. Boris was very helpful in recommending solutions to upgrade and clean up my computer. He was very patient answering numerous questions, and providing logical solutions that would help my computer run faster and last longer. He was able to do all the work within one business day, including the little extras of cleaning out a sticky keyboard and dust-filled fan to help it run smoother! Very pleased with the support and service that I received.
