The guy squeezed the soft tissue area between my thumb my palm so hard that I now have a bruise. I am still feeling it 6 hours later and I am in so much pain. I was telling him it hurt and I was crying and when I told him he really hurt me with a serious face afterwards he just smiled and laughed at me because apparently he knows 0 English. How can this guy be allowed to touch people?

HORRIBLE SERVICE, the guy had open bloody sores as though he was sick with disease massaging on people , I left because I don't want them touching me unless they are proven well.... And I probably still won't return. I went to Massage Envy and they are great !

Too rough and they don't listen. Because it's so close to where I live and I thought maybe a different massage therapist might help, but on 3 separate occasions with 3 different massage therapists, I've left feeling worse than when I went in. I do like a firm massage, but at times it was too rough. Elbows digging way deeply it was beyond painful. I repeatedly said to ease up, go a little lighter. They would ease up for 30 seconds and then return to too hard pressure. So they heard me but didn't listen. Multiple times I asked and every time they each returned back to pressure that I stated was unconformable or even painful. So don't waste your money to get "beaten up!" Go elsewhere. My experience is with the chair massages, but same massage therapists do all the other types of massages as well.
