This place is Horrible! I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they had taken a walk-in. I advised I had an appointment and she told me it didn’t matter. This happened 3xs and the owner was so rude not even an apology. Staff was also rude and no one offered even though a lady was folding towels.

Honestly one of the worst beauty places,even for the Latino community lack of customer service waiting 3 hours for a haircut is just not ok with only 2 customers in front of me i don't even know how's than possible.

Horrible service! Rude! They dont even know what a long Bob was! Wth! We didnt even get greeted and they where on their phones took about 7min to actually put their phones done and wash my hair!
