Next day another tech showed up with a camera to inspect the entire line to the street. Showed me where the roots were coming in within minutes. Great service. A little costly but they did discount the job upfront. But you couldn’t ask for much more they got the job done quickly. After watching them I was glad I hire them rather than renting one from HD. We had a contract with another provider in the area who didn’t have our size water heater in stock and with the storm, no one was available until Monday. I called Aquaduct’s emergency line and received a call back within 5 minutes on a Saturday. After waiting almost two days, they were able to come out within 2 hours and provide a honest quote with breakdown that was easy to understand. We are canceling our contract with the other provider.
