    Despite Dr. Chen being a great, skilled doctor who really tries to help with pain, the billing department is incredibly difficult to work with. Getting an EOB and/or statement with breakdown of services takes a lot of work. When I finally received this, I discovered I've been billed for services that I did not receive. Many of these charges are coming out of pocket (although I'm sure the insurance company won't be thrilled about the additional charges either.) I've been trying to get an answer from billing for months and they are horrendous at communication.     The only reason I give top pain a two is that the doctor did a fine job and helped my husband. However, billing has been a complete nightmare. Not only was the billing department rude (2021) but for two years I’ve been trying to get a substantiated bill that shows why their number is different than mine. We’re off by a lot. No one has been able to help me. They say they’ll email me and then six months later, I’ll get another bill. I’ll call someone will be very nice say they’ll help me and six months later I will get a bill. This is been going on for over two years.     After 6years of having two surgeries between L3L4L5.I develop the pain again between L4L5,It was a nightmare,but since I meet Dr Chen and their team ,they save my life.i was suffering with Herniated disc on L4L5.he advice me different method of how to conduct my self in my daily routine.since 2020 He help me to go back on my feet.very cleaning office, professional customer care and humanity.they are the best
