“Christine is wonderful to work with! She has a unique set of skills and knowledge that allows her to approach pets from a more holistic point of view. She understands that each pet is an individual with his or her own set of specific needs. I worked with Christine to set up a balanced, nutritional diet for both of my dogs. She was able to combine their individual diet restrictions to make one recipe that both could safely enjoy and she developed one unique recipe for each of them too. She has a flexible approach that allows her to adapt to situations and the exact needs of the pets. I highly recommend working with her!“

“Nash loves Party dog. He is so happy when he sees the building. He can't contain his excitement. I love it, too. He comes home tired and clean. He stays for a long visit whenever we are out of town. I am so happy to see his videos or photos that are posted every day. It helps me relax on vacation, knowing that he is loved and having fun.“

“Now have two puppers that go to Hounds Town and the staff has been just as amazing with our new Beabull as they are with our first dog. I work 12 hours shifts and being able to drop them off for some fun and social interaction is such a peace of mind over having to leave them at the house and all the possibility of them getting into trouble there. Sometimes the best part though is that after a day at Hounds Town they are too tired to be the velcro dogs they are following me around from room to room despite me not doing anything.“

“Might be a long story but worth the read.We decided to get a puppy for Xmas for our kids. We had to have it delivered from Ohio on Christmas Eve. We were searching to board it overnight to keep it a surprise for the kids.Mike and his family came to the rescue last minute. Amazing, professional, this family welcomed us and our new dog with open arms.They took the puppy in overnight and delivered it in a red ribbon box with poem from Santa on the box on Christmas Day.Our kids were crying with excitement.Unbelievable how nice this family is.Thanks again for making an unbelievable memory.“

“Brian provides great doggie care. He is very good with any size and breed of dogs. We have 3 dogs of different sizes - Cane Carso (large), Lab/pitpull/dane mix (medium) and a Mini Golden Doodle (small). He is good with all three and handles our Cane Carso very well - for many in the past this has been a great challenge since he's a huge dog and looks intimidating. Brian is gentle and provides good exercises and walks. He has lots of space for the dogs in his property. We left our dogs with him few times (recently for more than 10 days). Our dogs come back happy and healthy.“

“The facilities are very clean and I like that they know and love my pooch. They’re very patient with him even though he’s skittish. They also have a lot of activities, you can peek at your fur baby through a web cam during the day. They’re open until 8 every night and also on Sundays!“

He trained under one of the best avian vets in the Chicagoland area in his teens and has become an incredible, compassionate veterinarian. He’s also really funny and an all around cool guy!!“

“I am not one to leave reviews but.. I would like to thank the whole team for being so kind and compassionate to me and my piggy. They took great care of my girl until it was time for her to be put down. I called an hour before closing time and they told me they would wait for me. As they were getting things ready even though it was past closing time the girl that was there offered more time for us to say goodbye. It really meant a lot to me and my family. We are super thankful. I just opened my mail and saw they sent a sympathy card, it brought tears to my eyes. These are the people you want taking care of your pets! Always welcoming and attentive. “Super helpful in making sure our kitty, Turtle was in good hands! Recommended the most affordable + best quality emergency vet. Provided me with multiple options of care that was the most affordable yet still would result in our kitten getting better and back to 100%. Truly wanted to see our cat get better and that is the best feeling! Will only be taking our pets here from now on.“

“I took my baby here this morning to get a wellness exam and her updated rabies shots. Had an appointment for 8:45 AM we came on time got checked in at the counter. The lady checking us in seemed to be having a bad day. She wasn't all that friendly. However, everyone else was very pleasant. The veterinarian was so kind and informative, she let me ask all the questions I needed and answered any of my concerns. I came in at 8:45 and left at 9:20ish. Which is pretty good. I also thought the price was pretty affordable. For her wellness check and 3 year rabies altogether it was $180.00. I was definitely preparing for a steeper number than that. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I always feel my kitty is in great care here.“
