I can't say enough good things! They recently helped my beloved pet rabbit Maple, and the care and compassion they showed us was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, kind, and understanding. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns, even while I was nervous and emotional. What impressed me most was the genuine love and empathy they showed towards my pet. They went above and beyond to ensure Maple received the best possible care. I feel confident and I am completely satisfied when I took Moca, my irritable cat in because she had some thick matting. Moca was well taken care and was happy and more comfortable from that experience. Everyone is happy again!
