Michael from WindowPAC and his team are great. I have a very old home with windows on pulleys. No one wants to work on windows like mine because it is easier to sell people new windows for 20k. After a relentless search Michael helped me find the proper pulley mechanisms and we ordered. Hardest part of the process is coordinating schedules, but with patience you will be rewarded. The team got all of my windows working like new, in time for spring fresh air, and at a fraction of the costs the new windows resale stores had quoted. Great work here!
