They alleviated my stress, addressed all my concerns, and worked tirelessly to restore my water-damaged property. I could not have been happier than the service and care we had with McKinley. The outcome was certainly favorable. The crew came out quickly after our basement flooded and was able to get a bunch of fans in immediately and saved us from having to cut out any drywall. Rafal, who led the effort was incredibly friendly and truly had our interest in mind over anything else. It really felt that he was doing much more than just a job and that care was seen throughout. They helped us label floor baseboards so we could easily put everything back and helped guide us through other such logistics. Had issues with mold all over my home after the floods. These flood cleanup contractors were so helpful in helping me get my home back to normal. They did this exercise efficiently and didn’t charge more than what they quoted. Went further to advise me on what to do to avoid growth of mold. Glad to have hired them.
