It`s one thing to deliver a service, and another to do so with empathy and diligence. This is exactly what this water restoration company did. They alleviated my stress, addressed all my concerns, and worked tirelessly to restore my water-damaged property. Their understanding nature coupled with top-quality service makes them a shining beacon in the restoration industry! I highly recommend them!!!

I could not have been happier than the service and care we had with McKinley. The outcome was certainly favorable. The crew came out quickly after our basement flooded and was able to get a bunch of fans in immediately and saved us from having to cut out any drywall. Rafal, who led the effort was incredibly friendly and truly had our interest in mind over anything else. It really felt that he was doing much more than just a job and that care was seen throughout. They helped us label floor baseboards so we could easily put everything back and helped guide us through other such logistics. Where items were still on the floor, they carefully hung them up as opposed to just shoving them into a nook somewhere. As opposed to wanting to quickly cut out walls, they gave it a great shot to see if the walls could be salvaged, which they were!

Had issues with mold all over my home after the floods. These flood cleanup contractors were so helpful in helping me get my home back to normal. They did this exercise efficiently and didn’t charge more than what they quoted. Went further to advise me on what to do to avoid growth of mold. Glad to have hired them.
