I could not have been happier than the service and care we had with McKinley. The outcome was certainly favorable. The crew came out quickly after our basement flooded and was able to get a bunch of fans in immediately and saved us from having to cut out any drywall. Rafal, who led the effort was incredibly friendly and truly had our interest in mind over anything else. It really felt that he was doing much more than just a job and that care was seen throughout. They helped us label floor baseboards so we could easily put everything back and helped guide us through other such logistics. Where items were still on the floor, they carefully hung them up as opposed to just shoving them into a nook somewhere. As opposed to wanting to quickly cut out walls, they gave it a great shot to see if the walls could be salvaged, which they were!
