I have been looking for a new nail place for over 1 years since the place I was going to since 1997 closed due to not able to recover from the pandemic. I have tried a few different places, this place has been more of a convenience. I was there today for a fill and pedicure this place needs to be cleaned and more sanitary don't know the last time their stations have been wiped down or their tools. I was charged 80.00 for a pedicure and fill and he said he fixed 2 nails, I did not have 2 broken nails. I also want to bring the fact they reuse the toe separators, I had to say I wanted a new clean pair.

I only come to get my lashes did because the lady that does your lashes is friendly and she does a good job,, but the rest of the people that do services here is rude no type of customer service skills what so ever, when you enter they don’t even greet you and you could be talking to them and they will ignore you like they don’t hear you then someone you not even talking to would answer I wouldn’t get my nails did here I’m surprised this place is lasting cause they are terribleService: Eyelash extensions

I showed a lady a picture of a French tip and she recommended to her coworker that it would be easy. People know French tip isn't easy I pulled up the picture the whole time she was prepping my nails but then she told me she wouldn't be able to do it because I SAID IT WAS SIMPLE I never said such a thing so that was such a shame. Anyways I stopped her from doing a shitty French nail on me and replaced it with a chrome.
