Went to grab meds for one of my dogs. They're always nice and try to help you as soon as they can. They're busy a lot of the time, so sometimes I may have to wait. But I don't mind because I look at that as they have a lot of customers and they take great care of our animals, so it's not surprise that they're busy. We can always count on great care for our animals and we always get to see others' adorable animals, too. For me, that's a win-win. 😊
Dr. Jess and Dr. Alexander are AMAZING. Dr. Jess recently helped us with our elderly chihuahua and she was so kind and compassionate throughout the process. She is so helpful. She also takes great care of our other cats and dogs! The staff are always kind and caring. They treat our pets like their own!
Dr. Alexander is the absolute best! After visiting 2 other vets, she finally figure out what the issue was with my cat :) She actually had something similar with one of her own cats and gave me several options to try ans help remediate.
