This place should get a gold medal for customer service !! We needed some material urgently as we were in the middle of the job and couldn’t find it anywhere in our area. These guys in particular Nathan went out of the way to ship the products all the way to other side of the country as quickly as possible . They had to personally take time and go to the post office for me to ship the product and they did that even though the amount of order was small ..

Keen Tile is the only place I would go to get tile. Heather and Lisa did a fantastic job helping us find the right tile for our backsplash in our kitchen. Nate gave very good advice to my husband who was installing the tile himself..with their expert advice and help we now have a beautiful completed kitchen remodel..
