Incredible experience today. Went there after having some horrible health anxiety and they did their procedures phenomenally. My blood pressure was 155/107 at first, as i was incredibly anxious, but the outstanding doctor was able to calm me down and my blood pressure then went down. Excellent doctors who know their stuff, which is shocking for a school services center. Didn’t cost a dime.

most helpful healthcare ive ever experienced! i go frequently for mental health visits and the staff is very helpful and kind, same goes for the pharmacy. i recently encountered some difficulties trying to get some paperwork to get an injection administered through shs and the nurses on the consult line were so thourough and helpful! i ❤️ dr rauch and nurse shelley

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Dr. Rausch was personable and informative. She addressed my reason for the visit, as well as provided me with great resources for another topic. It was my first time visiting SHS since transferring this semester and she took the time to explain the process of doctor visits and prescription fills under ISU’s student insurance policy. I felt well cared for at this visit. Highly recommend Dr. Rausch!
